PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS WHEN...

  • Camera ready art reaches the factory.

  • Order details have been specified: item, quantity, colors, imprint instructions, etc.

  • Credit has been established, extended, or payment received.

  • Ship date specified is within acceptable time-frame.

  • All other important information is clear

  • Invoice is signed

Orders incomplete in any of the above ways will be delayed. All orders and changes to orders must be confirmed in writing.  Note: you will be contacted for written approval on price discrepancies.

CAMERA READY ART IS...

Not Screen Ready. It is Artwork with a high black & white contrast, has no grays, is crisp, sharp & needs no further touch-up, design, or rearranging for use. Whenever you are sending artwork smaller than it will be when it is printed, Please keep in mind that any imperfections will be enlarged. For best results we recommend that you send your art as close to say 50% it's ultimate size as possible. We cannot use pre-screened pre-tinted artwork or halftones. Some thin lines & reverses may not reproduce at the thickness or size submitted.

We keep art files for 3 years, after which time full art and set-up charges result

SCREEN READY ART IS...

Artwork that is on a Film Positive, right reading, emulsion up. It is full size. If it's multi-colored it is color separated with butt-registration. Artwork submitted which requires any type of work will be charged accordingly

ARTWORK CHARGES

Our hourly rate to ready your artwork or your concept is $45.00 per hour. A charge will likely result when you submit anything that isn't completely screen ready. We can work from many things that you may provide: photo-copies, actual products, match covers, embossed or raised copy, colored art, yellow pages, newspaper ads, business cards, stationary, prescreened art, napkins, patches.. and anything else that is not an original or professional photo-mechanical reproduction. We will contact you for written approval of art charges that may change after our initial conversation.

FILM CHARGES

When you use Four Color Process unless it's otherwise stated it will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per color for a full sized (12x18) print. This is in addition to any art charges that you have incurred.

COLOR MATCHING

PMS Matching is possible at a charge of $35.00 per color. PMS matching is only a guideline. Do to the difference between paper and textiles or other substrates it is not guaranteed. Please when you are considering what PMS color to use on textiles use the (U) or uncoated. Remember a T-Shirt is not glossy so the coated colors will not look the same as it does in the book.

COLOR CHANGES

$10.00 Per color change.

DESIGN DISCRETION

On occasion, you may prefer that our artists lay out your artwork, or you may not have specified a layout on your order. In such cases, we will lay out your artwork in the manner that maximizes the size of the imprint within the available imprint area. In the situations that we create the artwork we will always require the customers approval before the product is produced.

QUANTITY ORDERED

Because of the difficulty of manufacturing exact quantities, as fulfillment of the order we reserve the right to overrun or underrun quantities by 5%. If an exact quantity is required we suggest that you order accordingly. There are certain quantities that must be ordered on certain items, check with a sales representative to establish minimums.

DELIVERY & RUSHES

Delivery times are different for the different products, some products can be turned around in 24 Hours while others take 30 days. Screen Printed Garments take a maximum 10 working days, typically they are completed in 5 days from completed art and signed invoice. Product availability will also play a factor in delivery, some products may not always be available. Embroidery generally requires 15 working days from signature of invoice. Promotional Products vary from product to product you must talk to a sales representative to establish exact times. Signs, Banners, Sticker usually take a maximum of 10 working days from signature on invoice. There is RUSH services available for a charge, check with a sales representative.

SHIPPING

All orders if not be picked up will be charged for shipping. The shipping charges will be included on your invoice. When you place your order we can make an approximation of shipping and handling charges.

TERMS

Different products have different requirements your sales representative will go over that when you place your order. In most situations a deposit will be required to process your order.
