General Embroidery Information

When embroidering your price is determined by the number of stitches in your logo. It is a certain price per one thousand stitches, that price is based on the complexity.  Generally embroidered logos are kept small because of this. Most of the time designs are 4 inches or less wide and proportionally tall. Typical jobs that we do range from $3.00 to $7.00 per item. Some are more depending on the size and complexity. One great advantage with embroidery over screen printing is the fact that when screen printing you pay for each additional color, whereas in embroidery you just pay for the coverage of the design and not each color. You can use 6 colors for the same price as 1 color.

Digitizing And Tape Charges

When you embroider something a tape must be made to let the embroidery machine know what to do. Think of those old player pianos that you would put a roll in and the piano would then play that song. It relatively the same. For any custom design a tape must be made.
Tapes are priced by the number of stitches in a design ($20+- per thousand stitches). Typical Digitizing charges are between $35-$150. This is a One Time Fee, after the initial order you will only pay the per piece run charge and a small set-up charge (based on quantity).

Turn Around Time

We don't mess around. If, you know what you want and you're willing to pay for it, we will turn your work around as quickly as we can. In most cases we get things out in less than two weeks from the day we get a signed invoice. If you need something in a rush on a certain date let us know we may be able to do the unthinkable.

Pricing Factors

When you need to get something embroidered there are a number of factors that go into your final price.

• How do you want it embroidered? eg. 1 color small front and 4 colors large back
